Mexico: Unknown Impact Against an Airbus A-320
Alfonso Salazar writes: "A Mexican A-320 was struck by an unidentified flying object. According to the aeronautical inspectors who surveyed the A-320, property of Vivaaerobus, a Mexican airliner, they can agree that [the cause] was not fatigue. The radome's material shows no sign of having been struck by lightning, much less having been crashed into by a bird (there are no traces of blood or feathers or avian remains). Several of the inspectors -- among them Luis Giles, who has over 40 years of service with Mexicana de AviaciĆ³n, and who also inspected an Airbus A-318 showing similar damage in the 1990s -- agree that [whatever]struck the Mexican airliner was a UFO."
